Jiaocheng Yiwang Ferroalloy Company: annual output of 90,000 tons of granular cotton production line was put into production


On May 12, 2025, the Phase I project of Jiaocheng Yiwang Ferroalloy Co. with an annual output of 180,000 tons of granular cotton was formally completed and put into production. The project is constructed in two phases, with an annual output of 90,000 tons in the first phase and 90,000 tons in the second phase. The project adopts one furnace and two lines arrangement, the capacity of a single production line reaches 12 tons / hour, which is the current domestic single production line, the hour capacity of the largest granular cotton production line. The granular cotton production line adopts direct-connected double centrifuges, wide cotton hubs and other supporting large-capacity production equipment, which will be conducive to the substantial improvement of the production efficiency of Yiwang's granular cotton products, and is an important measure for realizing the goal of “Zero Emission of Solid Waste” of Yiwang Ferroalloy Company.
