公司成立于1984年，作为钢铁厂的配套废渣回收利用项目建立，自行设计和制作岩棉生产线。经历了2002年国企改造，从国企变成集体企业。在2008年被全面推向市场经济，改制成私有股份制企业进入国内市场。
十五年间，从低端矿棉到高端岩棉，从焦炭炉（冲天炉）到电炉（交流电弧炉），坚持自主设计，坚持紧盯工艺，坚持工艺设计制作三位一体的循环迭代的发展方式。不拘泥于一套方案，一套图纸，一种工艺。截止2022年年底，投产成套焦炭炉生产线超过100条，成套冷渣电炉生产线超过7条。
Founded in 1984, our company was established as a supporting slag recycling project for iron and steel mills, designing and making rock wool production lines by ourselves. Experienced the transformation of state-owned enterprises in 2002, from state-owned enterprises into collective enterprises. In 2008 was fully pushed to the market economy, restructured into a private joint-stock enterprises to enter the domestic market.
During the past fifteen years, from low-end mineral wool to high-end rock wool, from coke oven (cupola) to electric furnace (AC arc furnace), adhere to the independent design, adhere to keep an eye on the process, adhere to the process design and production of the trinity of the cycle of iterative development. Not stick to a set of program, a set of drawings, a process. By the end of 2022, more than 100 production lines of complete sets of coke ovens and more than 7 production lines of complete sets of cold slag electric furnaces will be put into production.
