Aerogel

气凝胶绝热产品,被称为气凝胶材料或气凝胶纳米材料,是一种具有纳米多孔网络结构的固态材料。它通常是通过溶胶-凝胶法,在湿凝胶的基础上,采用超临界干燥或其他干燥技术去除凝胶中的溶剂,使凝胶中的气体取代溶剂而形成。这种材料因其独特的结构和超低密度,高孔隙率,优异的隔热性能等性质,在石油管道保温,工业管道保温,建筑外墙保温,新能源动力电池,新能源储能等多个领域展现出广泛的应用潜力。

Aerogel products, called aerogel materials or aerogel nanomaterials, are solid materials with nano porous network structure. It is usually formed by the sol gel method, based on the wet gel, using supercritical drying or other drying technologies to remove the solvent in the gel, so that the gas in the gel replaces the solvent. Due to its unique structure, ultra-low density, high porosity, and excellent insulation performance, this material has shown extensive application potential in various fields such as oil pipeline insulation, industrial pipeline insulation, building exterior wall insulation, new energy power batteries, and new energy storage.
