大城县洪海保温材料有限公司成立于 1992 年，是一个集研发、设计、生产、 制造岩棉制品于一体的科技型企业，经历了近30年的发展，目前公司拥有河北省大城县和辽宁省建平县两个生产基地，有国家专利 30 项，拥有五条依托中材集团南京玻璃纤维研究设计院技术设备支持的国内先进生产线，年产优质岩棉 22 万吨。 

2014 年公司通过了 ISO9001 质量管理体系认证、ISO14001 环境管理体系认证、OHSAS18001 职业健康安全认证，以三大认证体系为基础，引进先进管理技术，形成本公司的管理模式。因为专业所以卓越，公司当选为中国绝热节能材料协 会第七届理事会常务理事单位、河北省中小企业协会第七届理事会副会长单位，产品通过“中国绿色建材产品三星级认证证书”并先后获得“河北工业企业研发机 构 A 级证书”“高新技术企业证书”“河北省专精特新示范企业”“河北省单项 冠军产品企业”“行业产品质量领跑者”等称号，并参与起草了《岩棉绝热制品产 品生命周期评价技术规范》《近零能耗建筑用产品》等行业技术标准，2021 年公 司产品成功入选雄安新区大宗建材集采目录。 

洪海公司已完成胶东国际机场、迁安君和广场、辽宁中基地产、赤峰恒大华府 及大连金州碧桂园等多项重大工程建设，卓越的品质、完善的服务、便捷的交通、 快速及时的物流系统使洪海产品行销全国各地及国际市场。 

Dacheng County Honghai Insulation Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 1992. It is a technology-based enterprise that integrates research and development, design, production, and manufacturing of rock wool products. After nearly 30 years of development, the company currently has two production bases in Dacheng County, Hebei Province and Jianping County, Liaoning Province. It has 30 national patents and five advanced domestic production lines supported by the technical equipment of China National Materials Corporation Nanjing Glass Fiber Research and Design Institute, with an annual output of 220000 tons of high-quality rock wool.

In 2014, the company passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety certification. Based on the three major certification systems, advanced management technologies were introduced to form the company's management model. Due to itsprofessionalism and excellence, the company has been elected as an executive director unit of the 7th Council of the China Thermal Insulation and Energy saving Materials Association and a vice president unit of the 7th Council of the Hebei Small and Medium Enterprises Association. Its products have passed the "China Green Building Materials Product Three Star Certification" and have successively obtained the "Hebei Industrial Enterprise R&D Institution A-level Certificate","High tech Enterprise Certificate","Hebei Province Specialized and Innovative Demonstration Enterprise","Hebei Province Single Champion Product Enterprise", "Industry Product Quality Leader" and other titles. It has also participated in drafting industry technical standards such as "Technical Specification for Life Cycle Assessment of Rock Wool Insulation Products" and "Near Zero Energy Building Products". In 2021, the company's products were successfully selected for the bulk building materials procurement catalog in Xiong'an New Area.

Honghai Company has completed several major construction projects, including Jiaodong International Airport,Qian'an Junhe Plaza,Liaoning Zhongji Real Estate,Chifeng Evergrande Huafu, and Dalian Jinzhou Country Garden. Excellent quality, comprehensive services, convenient transportation, and fast and timely logistics system have enabled Honghai products to be sold in various parts of the country and international markets.

洪海岩棉条是由高强度岩棉板切割成特定结构制成，因此具有高耐压强度和 优异的防火性能。岩棉条作为岩棉夹芯板的填充料，为墙板与屋顶板提供了良好 的防火性能。运用化学快干胶合剂和机械固化技术生产的各类规格产品，为创造 一个恒温绝热和隔音效果良好的、安全的、高品质外墙做出了重要的贡献。 

Honghaiyan cotton strips are made by cutting high-strength rock wool boards into specific structures, thus possessing high compressive strength and excellent fire resistance. As a filling material for rock wool sandwich panels, rock wool strips provide good fire resistance performance for wall and roof panels. The various specifications of products produced using chemical quick drying adhesives and mechanical curing technology have made important contributions to creating a high-quality exterior wall with good temperature insulation and sound insulation effects. 

洪海岩棉板是 A 级不燃性防火保温材料，较高的抗压和抗拉伸强度、较低的 吸水和吸湿性、尺寸稳定性良好、不会产生热膨胀或收缩、耐老化等优点，能与 外墙系统兼容，对建筑物提供有效的保温节能、防火以及极端气候保护等多种性 能。 

Honghai rock wool board is an A-grade non combustible fire insulation material with high compressive and tensile strength, low water absorption and moisture absorption, good dimensional stability, no thermal expansion or contraction, and aging resistance. It is compatible with exterior wall systems and provides effective temperature and energy conservation, fire protection, and extreme climate protection for buildings.
