朗缪环保科技(天津)有限公司成立于2018年,生产研发基地位于天津市东丽区华明高新产业园区,是一家从事气凝胶研发和生产的企业,具备完全自主研发能力。公司取名来自于美国著名的物理化学家欧文.朗缪尔( Irving Langmuir ,1881 .1957),他是1932年诺贝尔化学奖获得者,其最重要的贡献在于提出了吸附理论。公司与同济大学、南京工业大学、天津大学、南开大学等高校紧密合作,已获得国家的专利授权13项,逐步形成了以节能绝热产品及环境治理产品为发展方向拥有自主知识产权,产学研相结合的研发平台和智能化生产平台。采用溶胶凝胶法及超临界干燥技术开发出高孔隙凝胶、有机气凝胶等气凝胶材料和纳米复合材料,为工业、航天、军工、建筑等领域绝热节能技术的升级换代提供了可靠的产品。目前公司自主研发的气凝胶绝热毡、气凝胶复合材料、颗粒等产品可应用于不同领域,根据客户的需求提供产品解决方案,且产品性能最高可达到S级国家标准。
公司目前以产品研发与放大生产为主要工作,旨在利用吸附理论,在多孔材料中设计合适的表面结构和表面能,开发出环境保护与处理方面的一系列核心解决方案。公司的核心技术来源于同济大学的定向开发。同济大学物理系纳米材料课题组是在德国大众汽车基金会资助下于1992年成立的,研究内容涉及有机、无机纳米多孔材料制备及其结构控制,电、光热输运特性和节能储能以及薄膜材料的掺杂改性等研究,是国际上纳米多孔材料领域的核心单位,其技术具有先进性。而将微结构和表面特性调控相结合的新型吸附料研发具有吸附比例高、 吸附物质可控、吸附速率快等特点,而新开发的快速释放膨胀干燥法具有设备简单、高效、耗电少、安全、全封闭等优点,两种技术相结合能产生性能优异且性价比高的新型吸附产品,具有良好的市场前景。
Langmuir Environmental Protection Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. was founded in 2018, and its production and R&D base is located in Huaming High tech Industrial Park, Dongli District, Tianjin.
